Giovanni Tanghetti, President and administrator. An business man who is used to facing risky and unknown challenges: totally foolhardy, he immediately believed in the idea of Top Vela. He’s always been used to looking for alternative and unconventional solutions for optimizing production times and costs.

Armando Cedoni, head of production. A specialist in the soldering and working of aluminium. Together with precision and attention to detail, which occasionally leads to sleepless nights, his indepth knowledge of problems related to the mechanical working of metals in general is a characteristic which makes him outstanding.

William Fanelli, technical head and administrator. A sea and sailing lover, he has dedicated a number of years to this project, with the aim of (according to him) constructing the “ideal” sailing boat. In Top Vela he tries to make the most of the combination of his technological know-how and his personal experiences at sea aboard different crafts, all strictly sailing boats.

Paolo Corti, A contractor with the typicall tenacity of our country, he was involved in Top Vela due to his cooperation with the other members and because of his capacity to change from one condition to another without any real problem. He’s composed and rational and he’s every present in all crucial moment and his contribution in production stage is indispensable..

Virginia Tanghetti, Free and easy with foreign languages, she reported her with customers and suppliers for export dept. She’s the only women in the Society but this is not a problem for her!. The “Ocean Sprite GP46” was launched by her.
